My neighbor invited me to the her first class over a year ago and I have been going since then. Cida keeps it interesting and will give you that “gentle push” to keep you going. She is not only interested in your coming to the class but she adds that personal touch in getting to know everyone that comes. It is not only class, but a social group that enjoys each other and has fun doing Zumba and getting fit!
