"It has now been one full year since I began training with Alexander Hernandez and I couldn't be happier with where I am with my health and fitness levels. Since the last progress pictures he posted, I have lost another 7% body fat and have continued to gain strength and make progress in the gym. After the holidays, I told Alex my goal to drop some more body fat for an upcoming beach vacation. He tweaked my workouts during our training sessions and gave me advice on what I could do on my own, both in the gym and in the kitchen, to help me reach my goal.
