Cida thank you for being such a wonderful trainer!!!!! I am so grateful that I discovered Cida Moore as a personal trainer. After having two kids, and no time for myself , I discovered that I was becoming weaker as the years went by. I had back surgery in the past , and one day it surprised me how weak my legs were. I was having a difficult time just walking up the stairs. Getting through the day running after the kids and working was also becoming a challenge. One day , I discovered Cida and met with her to discuss my frustrations and how I wanted to be stronger. I was nervous to begin strength training because of my previous back surgery..the last thing I wanted to do was injure my back again. Cida , did a full strength evaluation and started a training program that was right for me. I have only been training with Cida for 3 months and have noticed a tremendous increase in my energy level and strength. I can now not only walk up the stairs , but can run, if I wanted to. Cida, thank you for keeping me motivated and not letting me quit when I felt that something was too difficult for me to do. Along with being a very knowledgeable and passionate personal trainer, Cida is a wonderful person who truly cares of about your accomplishments. I cannot thank you enough Cida , for pushing and motivating me and showing me how to be healthy. I'm looking forward to getting stronger with Cida!!!! Vimi
