Zumba Picnic

I started taking Zumba Gold classes with Cida in November 2010, and since then have become a Cida-Zumba lifer. I started the classes to just feel better, physically and mentally. And got so so much more! Not only do I feel better (got my stamina back), and lost 30+ pounds, so far, but have so much more energy and a renewed vitality. And I owe it to her: She is truly one-of-a-kind. Not only is she talented in her Zumba skills (boy-o-boy, can she dance!!), she is also very charismatic. Why? Because she GENUINELY CARES cares about her students! She truly wants us to reach our goals, and make sacrifices of her time to achieve that end. And we know that, we feel that: As a result, we’ve become a family, on and off the Zumba floor. I’ve been to many Zumba classes instructed by others (I have a 24-hour fitness membership), but there’s only one Cida. She’s the best! And, I’ll be with her until one of us retires and decides to hang-up the dancing shoes!
